Hello, I am unable to update list fields on bulk. When I am clicking the field and shift down key its getting updated to the value I have set, but on reload of the list its only updating one field and rest are not updating. This is happening after the Paris upgrade. Can anyone help me out on fixing this?

Hi Rishav,
If you are sure on these 3 points then please raise a HI ticket with ServiceNow
1) Nothing changed after the upgrade
2) this is happening for all the tables
3) this was working fine prior to upgrade

Hi Sajilal, Thanks for your reply. Its happening for all the table since I have upgraded. The traditional way is there and happening but why is this not happening with shift drag in my instance only. Has any configuration been changed in Paris. Curious to know.
