@Yuvan Raj Kuma1 Are you committed to using the spoke? You can set up a flow that syncs JIRA stories with ServiceNow records (including closing one when the other is closed) through Unito's 2-way integration. They're SOC 2 Type II Compliant and a ServiceNow partner.
