Hi all. Recently I found an issue with the text window overlapping the attachment icon when in a chat on Service Portal:
I reported this to ServiceNow who said "We have verified this behavior and found that this is the expected behavior of the release.". However, by inspectintg the page, I found the CSS variable that controls the box:
If I change the underlined variable to 90px (for exmaple), it increase the padding and means the text box doesn't overlap the icon.
I tried to override this entry by adding the variable to the portal Theme, but this didn't work:
Any idea where I can add it so that it might work? Thanks
