Invalid Credentials for PDI login

Hi everyone,

Sorry for bothering you.

I’m having trouble accessing my ServiceNow instance — it keeps saying “invalid credentials” even after I reset the password.

I tried resetting password, logging in with other user profiles and logging in other system.

Nothing worked. I will be grateful if you guide me with next steps because, I have some important task on that instance.

Hi @SRINUVASUG ,

 

Quite simple - Login through Home | ServiceNow Developers and press start building instead of your PDI URL.

I  tried that @Dr Atul G- LNG, Even after resetting and logging again I am still viewing the same results. If I try to contact customer support they are telling PDI support is not available.
