Issue with DevOps Insights Dashboard - Reports not populating data

Hello everyone,

I’m currently facing an issue with the DevOps Insights Dashboard - Workspace in ServiceNow, where none of the reports within the dashboard are being populated with data.

Here’s a summary of my setup and actions so far:

  1. I’ve executed the two scheduled jobs, [DevOps] Daily Data Collection and [DevOps] Historical Data Collection, as mentioned in the documentation and the DevOps Change Velocity course.
  2. According to the logs of these scheduled jobs, records are being inserted for the related indicators.
  3. All components of my Tool are associated with an application.

Despite this, the dashboard remains empty.

 

Has anyone encountered this issue before or can provide guidance on what might be missing? Any tips or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated
