Issues with DevOps Feature Flag Change Requests

Hello,

I am using the DevOps Split integration from the ServiceNow store (link below). For some reason, when I make a change within my Split instance, I don't see the change requests flowing into Service Now. I have a developer instance and have the Split integration configured correctly. Can someone help here please?

Hi @-Brian-Arndt have you set up the integration between Split and your ServiceNow instance? If it's working and you create a new split, you should see an inbound event in ServiceNow which gets processed and then creates a new feature flag request. You can check the status of the tool integration from within DevOps Change Workspace.

Yes, we have it set up but were not seeing the callback after change approval until we rebuilt the DevOps Feature Flag Change Callback flow. I opened a support case and was mainly looking for confirmation from someone that this was the flow we should be concerned with.
