Good day All,
I previously raised a concern where our Jira Epics are not accessible in Digital Product Release. The integration between Jira and ServiceNow is already configured and working. But we are not able to see our Jira Epics to be applied to the Release Planning portion of DPR eventhough i see them in the list of work items.
To further test i created an Epic, user story and subtask, as shown in this screenshot below. When I check these records in DPR, all 3 of them became "Story" Type as shown in the next screenshot.
I'm hoping someone here could explain how/why this happened and provide some guidance on how to fix it the issue.
