Hello,
I want to display the emails sent when adding a comment on a ritm activities.
I already checked on the filter activities : "send/receive Emails".
I attach a capture of my business rule (after insert and update).

If emails are generated then make sure email properties for outbound is set to true. Like below

It would not show up in the activity till the Type field in the screenshot above changes to Sent.

Yeah it's work!
After checking "outbound email" in the email properties I did not wait for the email status to change from 'sent-ready' to 'sent'.
I did not pay attention to the type of email in my log.
