Using servicenow plugin for integrating ADO and SN Devops.
A couple of the organisations are working as they should. However struggling with one, where the tool in ServiceNow shows that it is connected, but the ServiceHook is not displaying in ADO
Could someone point me to potential trouble shooting steps

Hi Yuggi,
The webhooks are automatically created when configuring the DevOps Tool. To recreate them you can click again on the "Configure" button from your your DevOps Tool record.
Link to the documentation: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-devops/page/product/enterprise-dev-ops/concept/connect-d...
Hope it helps you.
Thanks,
Cyrille

Hi Cyrille.
Thank you, I have done a couple of times successfully using the above documentation but there is one Org when i select the configure button i get the following
"Error Message Method failed: (/RioTintoDevOps/_apis/hooks/subscriptions) with code: 403 - Forbidden username/password combo"
The password got integrated user as not changed so not sure what else it could be.
Any further tips for troubleshooting would be appreciated.
Regards
Yuggi

Hi Yuggi,
To get further details on the error, you can go DevOps > Administration > Inbound Events and then look for the records in Error state filtered by your Tool integration and Capability. Once you found the record, open it to see details.
Also, you can search into the records in DevOps > Administration > Error Log.
Here a link to help you to troubleshoot DevOps: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-devops/page/product/enterprise-dev-ops/reference/dev-ops...
Best Regards,
Cyrille
