Banner logo is not visible

Hello Team ,
I have update the logo in the basic configuration , basic configuration 16 and My company as well.
When I login on the login page logo is visible , but on the banner it is not visible.
What could be the issuse ?
IT IS BIT Strange. Please help with your inputs

You can create a new theme and set it as the default to change the color. For the logo, go to the UI16 Properties.”

Try cache.do or try with other user once.
