We're using DEX and the ACC collects whether there are pending updates for a device. Is there a way to create a new metric around whether or not a device has pending updates so that we can then create a metric rule for that metric. For example, we create a metric rule where if 5 or more Windows devices are all reporting that they have pending updates we automatically kick off a remedial action that runs Windows update on those devices.
We're pretty clear on creating the remedial action and the custom ACC plugin and check definition to be run but not how to create a new metric for the metric rule conditions.
