Grete video. Do we have ServiceNow Capability Map template created using Archimate notation?

@Jude S Nothing that I know of that maps all of the capabilities. That would be huge.  We do have the CSDM mapped in Archimate somewhere if that would be useful.

Hi John, awesome slide deck. an impressive work. In your Slide 24 I miss the capabilities around ITOM Optimisation like Cloud Provisioning and Governance. Is this named different?
