ServiceNow is excited to share the list of finalists for our 2025 Best Employee Portal Contest!! The quality of all the submissions this year exceeded our expectations - the judges and executive sponsors were blown away by every contestant's dedication and ingenuity in creating meaningful experiences for their employees. We appreciate the time, effort, and creativity each contestant put into their submissions and videos.
This year we judged the contestants based on three specific criteria: 1) Strategy- how they ensure the portal becomes the go-to destination for self-service and information, 2) Experience - does the portal provide an intuitive, efficient, and delightful experience for users to find what they need, 3) Governance - how they make decisions about the evolution of the portal.
Based on the above evaluation criteria, below are the winners and finalists for our 2025 Best Employee Portal Contest:
