AI search enabled no longer shows dynamic catalog item icons in suggested results

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has come up with a robust solution for having the catalog icons display in the suggested results dropdown when AI Search is enabled.

 

I have tried tweaking view templates as suggested in other community posts or ServiceNow knowledge articles, but have not had much luck.

 

I've also Up-Voted the idea posted here!

Hello @JessJ-Flinders 

 

I don't think these catalog icons are still included in search sources of catalogs. I feel only catalogs and categories is fed into it. We are not training it on catalog icons - which is stored in db_images or sys_attachment table. 

 

So how will AI give a result in which it's not trained. So maybe you could begin something from there.
