AI Search not giving results in Custom ESC Portal

Hi Team,

 

We are not getting any results in AI Search while searching.

 

Note: While I was testing AI Search in OOB ESC Portal, AI Search is giving the results,But we have Created a new portal for ESC and customized and make that as default portal for users ,for the custom ESC portal we are not getting the results in AI Search.

 

Can any one help me how to fix this Issues

Hi @VanamaA ,

 

You have to configure AI Search Results for your custom portal.

 

Navigate to "sp_ai_search_results_action_config.LIST" and look for your search source(ESC Portal Catalogs) that you are using in current portal and for all results configuration add you portal to Service Portal field.
