Hi everyone!
We have an issue where all of our users with ITIL roles does not see the approvals under "My Tasks" in Employee Center.
Can someone help me how to fix this?

Hi Irene,
this is configured in script include "todoPageUtils".
Check line ~ 1220. There you can find the conditions for approvals, incl. the necessary role(s)
