Autosuggest for KB article not working ESC portal

We have configured ESC portal as our default portal and enabeld AI search.

 

When we search autosuggest is working for catalog , but not for KB article .

 

Normal search brings result for KB article also.

 

Also autosuggest is working in SP portal for KB article.

 

Kindly suggest what can be done

Hi @Jomon Mathew have you checked to ensure AI Search was configured to search Knowledge Articles?

Also have you ran an Index on AI Search so it can actually index your content?

 

In your AI Search application configuration, there is a tab at the bottom called Autocomplete suggestions. This is specifically where those suggestions are configured.

 

If you used the our provided ESC Portal Default Search Application for AI Search, all of this will have been configured.

Attached screen shots of how autosuggest configured and if I am searching with keyword as "Hardware" what is autosuggest result and what is the search result.
