Need to validate how subscribed and not subscribed members to SMC alerting are treated when added to a watchlist.
- Does a watchlist user get an email regardless of SMC subscription?
- Does a watchlist user whose email address is entered regardless of subscription still get an email?
- If a watchlist user is outside of the organization, as long as an email is added, do they still receive the email even though they are a non-SMC user?
