Create a Catalog with variables: Catalog Name, Catalog Category, Catalog Short description, Catalog Description.
Variable Set(to take input from user): Catalog Variables (name,type, help text, sequence,and ref_table).
whenever the catalog is submitted an approval should be sent to Requestor's Manager and after approval is approved Create a new Update set. Create a new catalog item with details provided by the user and capture the catalog item in the newly created update set
