Catalog items not appearing in search result on ESC portal

Hi, 

There is one catalog item and as per requirement, I have renamed its name. I deployed the changes on TEST instance.  When I try to search using search bar on home page,  that cat item is not searchable with new name on UAT. But, If I go to category, then it is available in the category. The catalog item is searchable on DEV instance.

I have checked AI search search sources for catalog item , it is same on both instances.

Check the "no search" field for this catalog item in the instance its not searchable. Additionally, check if its active and in correct catalogs and categories.

Hi @Pooja119 ,

Please check that 'No search' is enabled or not for that catalog item. If it is false then catalog item will not be available when searching in ESC portal.

Have you tried re-indexing the source for Catalog Items, as described here?
