Changing the OOB quick links for Employee Center

Hi there,

We're looking at switching to Employee Center and I'm just testing on a PDI and wondered if anyone can advise on how I can change the OOB quick links to something like below, I've messed about with the widget settings but cannot get it to look how I want.

There are some configuration options available at the widget instance level. They are described in this article. If these settings so not suffice for your use case, you can clone the widget and adjust the code according to your needs.
