Hello, good day,
We recently implemented the NICE CXone application into our instance. The application also has a chat URL that persons can chat with, and an agent will answer. Can I drop that chat URL into the chatbot on the service portal or redirect it to the chat page when clicked on?
This is how it looks in the instance from an itil user after the integration.
When the link is clicked, this is the page it opens.
