We can enable the "Create Incident" option from the Instance Options and rename it to any desired action.
I'm wondering if we can set a dynamic Action URL in the field as per screenshot?
Ideally, I want to provide a PDF download option or a printer-friendly version button for users to print out the article.
In the back-end, the printer-friendly version is available in the user menu, but not in SP or ESC.
