I changed the default font of /esc portal by following this post, https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-blog/using-custom-fonts-in-service-portal/ba-p/228924....
Everything is working perfectly, the custom font is reflected on the portal.
But when I changed to the Japanese setting, some of the texts have a different font (we think it retained the default instead of the custom font).
Is there a way to fix this?
