Hi all,
I am facing an issue in the My active items widget in employee center. The tasks is showing 0 but when i click into the task, there are multiple tasks pending. Below are some screenshots to illustrate:
- Figure 1: Showing 0 task under my active items
- Figure 2: But when user click on the tasks on the widget to get to my to-dos, it shows that there are tasks
- Figure 3: Activity configuration for Tasks
Appreciate some assistance or advice on how we have have the widget task count sync up with the to-dos

Max - it's simple. Please create a new record in Activity Configurations. Please refer to below screenshot for configurations.

Hi,
OOB My Active items widget only displays my open request, tasks and assigned survey. Approvals doesn't appear under My Active items. Do you have any open tasks or requests?
Append link /sn_ex_sp_activity_configuration_list.do?sys_id=-1 in your instance URL to understand what all type of items appears.

Hi Muhammad,
Thanks for the quick input! I did that and manage to get the approvals showing up under the my active items widget. However, the count is 0 despite there being approvals pending for the user approval.
Is there any input required in the summary view script or List view script?
