Employee Center Search Results Showing up in Service Portal Search Results

We currently the Employee Center set for HR use and we have the Service Portal set for IT use. Currently when searching in both Virtual Assist and Regular searches via the Service Portal, catalog items that should be only restricted to the Employee Center are showing up in search results. I have tried updating Catalog Item's search sources to not show any HR Catalog items and verified that ECC Catalog Items are filter properly. Also updated [AI Search Assist] - Service Portal Catalogs to not display HR Catalog Items. What am I missing? Is there something that needs to be reindexed?
