Can i change the 3 options displayed in the Provide feedback drawer? If so, where can i configure it? i tried to update in the Assessment Metric Types asmt_metric_type table but it doesnt reflect in this feedback drawer

Well you can create messages with "I Like Something", then store value in that. It will reflect in portal

@Cielo , with latest EC Pro app you can set any survey on your feedback definition.
Go to Employee Center > Experience Service and Feedback > Feedback Definitions
