Getting error on Service portal.

1. Execute operation on script include 'todoPageUtils' from scope 'Employee Center' was denied. The application 'Employee Center' must declare a cross scope access privilege. Please contact the application admin to update their access requests.
2. ErrorServer JavaScript error undefined is not a function.

4. Failing widget: 'Employee Center Header' (d0009941eb103010ed7966d6475228c1)

Getting above error on service portal while accessing esc homepage.

Hi @shrutikheda 

Any changes to Portal widgets will create restricted caller access records in either "Requested" or "Invalidated" state. 

Check for Application Restricted Caller Access module and check for any records in the 'Invalidated' or 'Requested' state related to the Employee Center or Employee Center Core applications. If such records exist, update their status to 'Allowed' and retest the functionality.

Do clear the cache by navigating to System Maintenance > Cache and clicking Clear Cache.
