How can I add 'Click here' before the hyperlink on hrm_todos_page on esc portal?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , it shows the HR Case + Short Description but the hyperlink is not underlined so it is hard to identify for the user that it is a clickable hyperlink, which is why we were exploring options to display a static message that says 'Click here'.

it shows as blue color means it's hyperlink.

It's already available OOTB
