Hi All,
Employee Center platform activated and appearing on portal. Client want Employee Center option to be disabled for end user so that Users cannot hit /access it accidently.
What is way to delink or disable the access for users on portal / ITIL view?

Hi @Virendra K ,
The Employee center itself is a unified Portal.
Which Portal are you talking about here? Can you share a screenshot please

Hi there,
Out-of-the-box there's no option to disable portals. You could rename a portal suffix, though accidently people can than still end up on such a portal.
What you also can do, create a re-direct. That people who end up on out-of-the-box portals you don't use (like /kb /esc etc), are re-directed to your specific portal.
Multiple ways too achieve such. One could be:
- 2021-09-27 - Article - Redirect (inactivate) Service Portal, e.g. from /sp to /esc
