Please can anyone help me in disabling or inactiving 'People' search in Employee center. AI search is enabled in this portal.

Probably not the best place to ask this but I cannot figure out how to get AI Search Results for the user table to display like yours (department/title or having their initials as the icon vs the document icon).
I've poked around in the EVAM view config but can't figure out how to actually get those fields to display in search results. I also noticed I do not have anything called ESC Portal People it's just called People if that matters.
Any insights would be grateful.
**Update:
I was able to figure out how to pull things in under the user name and swap out the document icon for 'avatar' or 'image' but I am curious if there's a way to have that icon switch between user initials or picture if they have one
