i have attached a catalog item to the taxonomy in the employee center, but its not showing up.

Hi all, 

I've added a catalog item to a custom taxonomy and utilized the connected content under a specific topic. However, when I submitted a new record in the connected content, I encountered an error. Despite this, the record submission was successful, but the catalog item does not appear when I preview the template.

 when i use the same process for quick links its working as i expected. 

what's the difference and one more error i caught when i update the record for catalog item.

Is catalog item active?

Check Available for and Not available for related lists for this catalog item

Hi amaradiswamy, the catalog item is available for me, i am not in the not available list.

 

any other possible ways to find why its not there.

and yes the catalog item is active.

Found a solution, catalog item is not under any catalog.
