It's granted after taking the course either instructor lead or on demand. Did you take the course? If so and no voucher, you need to create a case with NowLearning. Vouchers are valid for a year.

Hi @AnushaShetty ,

the only way to obtain a voucher is to take the official training through NowLearning, hence tak the training and you will obtain a voucher as requested.
