Icons of categories not visible on "Employee Centre" portal under "Popular Topics"

Hi,

 

We are using OOTB employee centre portal (esc), no changes done to any configuration of portal. We added few Categories to the Service Catalog and added JPEG images with size 112x112 pixels. But we cannot see icon for categories on portal. (NOTE: for now, we have added icon for "Account and Access Management" and "Hardware" categories). you can see default icon for categories on portal in below image.

But in Native ServiceNow, under Self-Service -> Service Catalog, we can see icon.

Under Instance Options, "Show Topic Icon" checkbox is checked.

please help, what might be causing this issue.
