Issue Viewing Variable Data in HR Case Submitted for Someone Else via ESC Portal

Hi Community,
I’m working on a request page in the ESC portal. The goal is to ensure that when a user submits an HR case—whether for themselves or on behalf of someone else—they can view all relevant details.
Current Behavior:
When a user submits a case for themselves:
- The logged-in user can view:
- HR Case Number
- Short Description
- Opened For
- Subject Person Name
- All variable data
- Activity
- Attachments
- Additional Details
- The logged-in user can view:
When a user submits a case for someone else:
- The logged-in user can only view:
- HR Case Number
- Short Description
- Using Standard Ticket Configuration, I’ve successfully added:
- Opened For
- Subject Person Name
- Activity
- Attachments
- Additional Details
- However, I’m unable to display the variable data under the "Opened For" or "Subject Person Name" section.
- The logged-in user can only view:

Can anyone guide me on how to configure or customize the portal so that the logged-in user can also view the variable data when submitting an HR case for someone else?
Any insights, configuration tips, or examples would be greatly appreciated!

I have fixed the issue through
Configuration
Default for subject person/task assigned to. In detail Row section, I have added description field in detail column 2.
