Hello All,

When i created news article and when i click on report article option and select appropriate radio button and then press submit, i would like to understand what exactly happen afterwards?

Does it create any task or request and if answer is yes then in which table i will be able to find it out ?

Thank you.

@nareshTT ,

When a user flags or reports, it doesn’t automatically create any task..... instead, flag/report action is captured as part of the content engagement feature (if enabled via the content engagement for employee center pro plugin) where that feedback is stored with the news article’s engagement record....so content authors and moderators can review and act on it, and administrators can see flagged reports and moderation details in the engagement dashboards or related lists tagged to the news content, but there isn’t an automatic task created in a separate table by default unless you build a custom flow or integration around those engagement records......

Hello Kaushal ,

Thank you very much for your inputs. I am able to identified  a table where records gets inserted and i.e. asmt_assessment_instance. But my query is why records are getting inserted in this table with state as completed, ideally it must be in assigned state. in my case all these are getting assigned to a group named as ASG2438590 having metric type as Report article. And can we stop this functionality (report article option)?

Thank you
