ordering in service portal suggestion

How to order the suggestions when typing a word in the search in the service portal, for example, the suggestions appear in the following order, catalog item and knowledge base.

You can change the search source for respective portal. If you are using sp portal then do below. Lower priority will come first.

My search source is correct and it still doesn't work, is there any other setting I need to check?
