"Get support" not visible on mega menu on Employee Center

Hi Team, 

I'm on a new fresh Vancouver instance and the latest release of the EC/Pro/Core store apps. 

I activated the Advanced Portal Navigation, but button "Get support"is not visible, what am I missing ?

Hello,

 

For Enabling Get support Create Advanced portal Navigation , Create Get support Menu item then select render type as "Modal Window" then select widget as "Get Support" pass widget parameter "renderedFromMenuItem" true then create content in get support module it will be available in Application navigation you can search from there than it will be visible on portal.

thanks for your response, my problem was that the "Get support" menu items, inside the "Employee Center Menu" was set active = false in the OOTB configuration.

You can enable as true.. then for seeing its functionality create Advanced portal navigation under attach this Get support menu item & follow above steps which i mentioned.

Why I can't find "Modal Window" in the type choices when creating the Menu Item?
