Hi,

We have just finished with the PRODUCTION upgrade to "Utah" "Popular topics" widget in Employee center does not appear somehow, it was seen in DEV and QA Environments.

Not sure why it is not appearing in PROD right now.

Thanks,

Is your taxonomy linked to the portal? Might need to log out and back in to see changes.

Hi @RodGallegos

I am also having this issue, as you can see we have child topics of the main topic "Change & Adoption" but under Popular Topics nothing displays. I've impersonated 5 users, and clicked on the various child topics but nothing is populating.

From what I can see the ESC portal is linked to the Employee Taxonomy which all the topics are also linked too:

My first thought is that this is just a cache issue, but as you mentioned you've impersonated users that should rule this out.

Your screenshot later in the replies shows the widget is present (which rules out a promotion issue) and just content isn't populating.

Popular topics is a straight forward widget. A scheduled job runs every day to collect stats and store them, to then showcase content to that widget.

For the widget to be blank it would make me think of the below

1) May not populate straight away or immediately, as there is no stats yet.

2) May not populate straight away or immediately, as the scheduled job hasnt run to generate the stats yet.

3) May not populate straight away or immediately, as there are no topics in the taxonomy (unlikely?)

4) No one has clicked through any topics yet (Unlikely?)
