How to rename the field highlighted on ESC portal

it comes from this OOTB widget "SC Order Status"

You will have to clone that OOTB widget, make changes to that HTML label, then add that new widget again on order_status page

renaming possible without much customization for this we need jst change the message value. this widget refers to a message, indicated by the syntax of ${Delivery Date}. in the sys_ui_message table

Hi,

To rename an OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) Catalog field in the ESC portal, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to:
Service Catalog > Maintain Items
2. Open the Catalog Item.
3. Scroll down to the Variables related list.
4. Open the variable you want to rename.
5. Update the "Question" field (this is the label shown on the portal).
6. Save the record.

If the field is not editable:
- Make sure you have admin role.
- Ensure the item is not in a restricted application scope.

After saving, clear cache and refresh the portal to see the changes.
