RITM details are not getting mapped on ESC/SP portal page on client instance but on PDI it works

Hi @Sachithananda 1 , 
Please check below points

  1. ACL / Role Differences

Client instances often have stricter ACLs than PDI.
The user accessing the portal may lack roles like sn_request_read or a custom role needed to read sc_req_item (RITM) fields.

 

2.Scoped App Conflicts

If the widget is in a scoped app, check that the scope is active on the client instance and has proper cross-scope access to sc_req_item.
