Searching for HR case results in HR Case form displaying instead of showing HR case ticket in portal

Currently, whenever someone attempts to search for an HR case that they created in the Employee Center, it shows the default ServiceNow HR Case form view instead of displaying the ticket in the portal.

I think there is supposed to be a setting for displaying HR Case on the Employee Center but I cannot find it.  Can someone point me in the right direction with instructions on how to set this up?
