Searching for HR case results in HR Case form displaying instead of showing HR case ticket in portal

Currently, whenever someone attempts to search for an HR case that they created in the Employee Center, it shows the default ServiceNow HR Case form view instead of displaying the ticket in the portal.
I think there is supposed to be a setting for displaying HR Case on the Employee Center but I cannot find it. Can someone point me in the right direction with instructions on how to set this up?

@tahnalos A common enough problem that occurs.

Hard to say specifically which step will resolve for you, but normally its a part of the search application firing open the backend form url instead of the front end

Hi Dan.
Thanks for the KB. But trying to follow the instructions in the resolution, the Search Results Actions do not have a table field as mentioned in the KB Article.
Are we talking about AI Search Sources instead? Or which Table field are we talking about?
