Hello @dianachiriloiu,
I understand the issue you're facing. It appears that you've reached the maximum limit for requesting new lab instances due to having multiple instances in progress. To address this, kindly review the list below, which includes all your active lab instances from various ongoing courses. To continue, please consider terminating one or two instances that correspond to courses you are currently not focusing on. you will have terminate instance option in that lists of instances. This will allow you to free up resources and proceed with your desired lab activities effectively. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
Let me know your views on this and Mark ✅Correct if this solves your query and also mark 👍Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks,
Aniket

Hey, I hope its still relevant but I found a way to terminate a lab instance for instant.
Start to create a new case in the help center of servicenow learning. In Case category select "On Demand Courses/Training" and in Case subcategory "Simulator or Lab Inquiries". In this moment the chatbot starts to ask you for help. Here you can write to terminate an lab instance and the bot does it. Helped for me.

You have reached the maximum number of running lab instances, you may only have two instances running concurrently across different courses.
If you wish to launch an instance for this content, please terminate one or more of your running lab instances below:
