Unable to display favorite from Employee Centre

Hello,

In my personal instance, the favorite icon (heart) is displayed. But in another instance, it's not displayed:

How can I display it?

This functionality is controlled by "enable favourites" from portal record for all portals. Mark it true/false accordingly. In your other in stance it is probably marked false.

I had the same problem going from Rome to San Diego when upgrading the Employee Center the Employee Center Header was not updated correctly so i had to revert it to the newest update of the Header. 

Service Portal > Headers & Footers
Open on list Employee Center Header

Show file properties on record and revert to the newest update of file.
