Uninstalling Service Portal User Criterial Support Plugin

Hello Community,

We have the "Service Portal User Criteria Support" plugin installed in our instance. Due to a configuration conflict with another plugin (Alumni Center), we need to uninstall and reinstall the "Service Portal User Criteria Support" plugin to restore proper functionality.

However, we’re unable to find any option to uninstall or rollback this plugin from the Plugin Manager. This step is critical to resolving the issue with the Alumni Center.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation or found a workaround to uninstall this plugin? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @pratap_chiluver ,

Since it's a base plugin (one that starts with "com."), we will not be able to uninstall it once it's installed. Is this already in Sub Prod or Prod?

• If it's only in Sub Prod- you can do a clone, which would wipe out any plugins that are not in Prod.
• If it's already in Prod- there isn't much you can do. You can try the repair and check with ServiceNow once
