We updated the version of both Employee Center and Employee Center Pro and the HRM Catalog item page is now showing Select box or Reference variables narrow on the portal page. It makes it too hard to choose a value and is very odd. Happens both with and without containers. See images below- I am reluctant to update PROD because of this.
