webassessor account and steps to conduct exam

I'm unable to verify my webassessor account and not receiving the mail to verify and because of that i'm stuck in further steps to schedule my csa exam . Can anybody please help with detailed steps ? 

Cannot proceed with next steps after start it only shows guidelines

I've tried that too and followed the steps , webassessor account is saved but its not verified while heading to my vouchers also i didn't receive any mail id according to the steps given
