What "widget parameters" needed to make "hrm_todos_page" page show the approval source record form?

What "widget parameters" needed to make "hrm_todos_page" page of Employee Center show the approval source record form?

I added a "Task Configuration" under the OOTB "To-dos Configuration" (Approvals).
Also, under the "Task Configuration" I created, I added a "Tab Configuration" that shows approval source record form as below:

However, I don't understand what "widget parameters" to set in order to pass to the OOTB "Form" widget. Please let me know the information.

Also, looks like the [Approval] button disappeared after the settings above. Please advise me on how to make it shown again.

Hi,

That screenshot looks like you're configuring in standard ticket configuration. Configuration for the second screenshot is managed in to-do configuration

OOB there is a to-dos configuration called 'Approvals' which has the necessary widget mapping. However it does enforce ACLs, have you checked that the user viewing an approval record has read access?
