Backlog growth of Incidents in percentage

Hi,

 

Trying to create an Spline report, which should show the average backlogs in percentage in performance analytics. I created one automated Indicator with the Indicator source filter as state is new or in-progress or on-hold. But From here I can't proceed further. A little help would be appreciated. I can use formula Indicator but I don't know the filter conditions for denominator.

What do you mean by you can't proceed further? How you though about what you're trying to calculate based on which conditions in which timeframe?
