Issue with approval in Employee center under my Tasks

Hi All,

 

I have a issue with the approval button in Employee Center under My Tasks I have updated the button Text in widget (Todos Approval Actions) to "Approve" previously it was "Approve with comments" 
Now it is reflecting for all RITMs as I have updated the text "Approve" on the button but for the Change requests still its showing "Approve with comments" attached the screenshots for reference.

Please let me know if anyone is aware or what needs to be done.

can you check if in to-do configuration list, you have change request included in related list

Thank you for the response found the issue. I have updated the record in the table " sn_ex_sp_m2m_action_group " as mentioned in the screenshot.
